Are you suffering from depression, anxiety or stress? Before you pop anti depressants, inhale few diluted drops of lavender oil and see the difference. 2. Peppermint Oil

This oil has cooling and calming properties which relaxes your sore muscles. Whenever I feel the need to relax and unwind after a long and hectic day, I use peppermint oil.
